Welcome to the Rainverse AI Chat Assistant ("Lumin", "the Chat", "we", "us"). This Chat Terms & Privacy Notice ("Notice") governs your use of our AI-powered chat interface available on the Rainverse website. By using the chat, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
This Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information generated during your interactions with the AI assistant. It is a supplement to our main Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Beta Status & Version
The Rainverse AI Chat is currently in Beta version 1.5. This means:
- The service is still under active development
- Features, responses, and behavior may change without prior notice
- Stability, accuracy, and availability are not guaranteed
- We welcome feedback to improve the experience
By continuing to use the chat in beta, you acknowledge and accept the experimental nature of the service.
3. Data Collection
When you interact with the Rainverse AI Chat, we collect the following information:
Conversation Data
• All messages you send to the assistant
• All responses generated by the AI
• Conversation context and session history
• Timestamps and interaction duration
Technical & Session Data
• IP address and browser information
• Device type and operating system
• Referring page / source URL
• Session identifiers and cookies
User-Provided Information
• Any personal or business details you voluntarily share during the conversation
• Project requirements, technical specifications, or contact information
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected through the chat for the following purposes:
- Operating the chat and responding to your questions and requests
- Qualifying and following up on business inquiries — if you provide your contact email, a member of our team may reach out to you about your inquiry
- Improving the quality, relevance, and accuracy of AI responses
- Identifying bugs, edge cases, and areas for improvement
- Analyzing usage patterns to enhance the chat experience
- Internal research and product development
Important: We do not use your chat data for marketing, advertising, or selling to third parties.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Rainverse does not use or share your conversation data with the major public AI providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and similar companies — for training, advertising, or any other purpose. We do not contribute your data to public or third-party AI training datasets.
Conversations are processed through Rainverse's private, secure AI infrastructure to operate the chat. Limited access is granted only to authorized Rainverse team members under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. AI Model Training & Improvement
Rainverse does not train or fine-tune proprietary AI models on your conversations. Your conversations are used to operate the chat and improve the service experience, including:
- Improving context understanding and response quality
- Enhancing the assistant's knowledge of Rainverse services
- Identifying and reducing errors in responses
All processing happens within Rainverse's controlled environment. We do not contribute your data to public or third-party AI training datasets.
7. User Responsibilities
When using the chat, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when necessary
- Not share sensitive personal data (passwords, financial details, etc.) unless explicitly required
- Respect the experimental nature of the beta service
- Provide constructive feedback when possible
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Rainverse AI Chat for:
- Any illegal or fraudulent activities
- Generating harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model
- Automated scraping or high-volume requests without permission
- Sharing confidential client or proprietary information without authorization
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, as this is a beta service, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We recommend avoiding sharing highly sensitive information during chat sessions.
10. Data Retention & Deletion
Chat conversation records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service, respond to inquiries, and support internal review and improvement. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to chat records.
You may request deletion of your specific conversations by contacting us (see Contact section). We will review and act on such requests on a reasonable basis.
11. Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of your chat data by contacting us through the Contact page. As this is a beta service, automated self-service tools for data access and export are not yet available; requests are handled manually and we will respond on a reasonable basis.

12. Disclaimer & Limitations
The AI assistant is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Rainverse does not guarantee the suitability of any advice or information provided through the chat for your specific situation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the chat service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the chat service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.
15. Governing Law
This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
